Breakfast for supper is often a fun occasion, particularly when you could dress items up a little bit and pivot to a fancier meal. I do finish up doubling or tripling most recipes that I make and of course, really need to do the exact same using this type of recipe (for the reason that we need a lot more than two) but I stick with 2 eggs for each.
